Based on the Law on Personal Data Protection[1], the company Volvox D.O.O. Kragujevac, with its registered office at Kralja Aleksandra I Karadjordjevica 78 \u2013 local 22, Kragujevac, registration number: 20870435, PIB (Tax Identification Number): 107777877, on December 15, 2019, hereby adopts the following:

1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS<\/strong><\/div>
1.1. By this act (hereinafter: Privacy Policy), Software Users and Website Visitors are informed about which personal data is collected by the Controller\u2019s software named \u201cRelper\u201d (hereinafter: Program), as well as what data is collected from Website Visitors of relper.com (hereinafter: Website), the purpose and basis of their processing, data retention periods, information on the rights of Software Users and Website Visitors, the procedure in case of incidents, and the consent of the Software User and Website Visitor that the Program\/Website may collect, process, and store their personal data, as further prescribed herein.<\/div>
1.2. The Software\/Website uses the data of the Software User\/Website Visitor in accordance with this Privacy Policy, and undertakes to protect the privacy of all Software Users\/Website Visitors, to collect only necessary, basic data about Software Users\/Website Visitors\u2014specifically data required for the operation of the service, fulfillment of contractual obligations, and keeping users informed, in accordance with good business practices and for the purpose of providing high-quality service, all in compliance with the Privacy Policy.<\/div>
1.3. By using the Software Service, the Software User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Privacy Policy, and that they have consented to the collection, processing, and retention period of data in the manner prescribed by the Privacy Policy.<\/div>
1.4. By visiting and using the Website, the Website Visitor declares that they have read, understood, and accepted this Privacy Policy, and that they have consented to the collection, processing, and retention period of data in the manner prescribed by the Privacy Policy.<\/div>
1.5. The Software User declares that prior to accepting the Privacy Policy, they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of the Software License Agreement (hereinafter: License Agreement).<\/div>
1.6. The Website relper.com and the Program named \u201cRelper\u201d are owned and controlled by the company Volvox D.O.O. Kragujevac, with its registered office at Kralja Aleksandra I Karadjordjevica 78 \u2013 local 22, Kragujevac, registration number: 20870435, PIB: 107777877 (previously and hereinafter: the Controller).<\/div>
1.7. The Privacy Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the rules provided by the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia, and for anything not regulated by the Privacy Policy, the rules of the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia shall apply, whereby in the event of conflicting solutions, the provisions of the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia shall take precedence.<\/div>
